We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience to design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules, workflow automation, integrations, and JavaScript-based customization. This is a remote contract opportunity for professionals who can deliver scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.

• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Create and manage Service Catalog items and ITSM processes.

• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

• Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide support during releases.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in IT with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.

• Expertise in ServiceNow Configuration & Customization.

• Strong knowledge of Workflow Development and Automation.

• Experience with REST/SOAP API Integrations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Catalog.

• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.

• Experience working in enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
